1kHz, and contribute to the development of a high-speed machine and drastic shortening of takt-time. Standard line-up of Panasonic
Servo Motors & Drives include full-closed control and auto-gain tuning function and the motors with 2500P/r incremental
encoder and 17-bit absolute/incremental encoder. A4 Series have also improved the user-friendliness by offering a console (option)
which enables you to monitor the rotational speed display, set up parameters, trial run (JOG running) and copy parameters. |

A4 Series Panasonic Servo Motors & Drivers can support various applications and their requirement by
featuring automated gain tuning function, damping control which achieves a stable "Stop Performance" even in low-stiffness
machine and high speed motor. The EC Directives apply to all such electronic products as those having specific functions and have
been exported to EU and directly sold to general consumers. Those products are required to conform to the EU unified standards
and to furnish the CE marking on the products. However, Panasonic AC Servos meet the relevant EC Directives for Low Voltage
Equipment so that the machine or equipment comprising our AC servos can meet EC Directives. Matsushita Electric Works MINAS Servo
System conforms to relevant standard under EMC Directives setting up certain model (condition) with certain locating distance and
wiring of the servo motor and the driver. And actual working condition often differs from this model condition especially in
wiring and grounding. Therefore, in order for the machine to conform to the EMC Directives, especially for noise emission and
noise terminal voltage, it is necessary to examine the machine incorporating Panasonic Servo Motors & Drives.
The new A4 Servo is the next generation of Panasonic's Minas product line. It sports a fast frequency response
of 1KHz, improved real time auto gain tuning, new vibration control features, and 2Mpps command input. The size has also been
reduced up to 30% compared to our older A-Series, and along with our UL and CE certifications, the A4 Series Panasonic Servo
Motors are also in compliance with SEMI F47 Standard. |
Panasonic Minas E-Series is a unit of an AC Servo Motor and Driver with downsized capability and
performance that are useful for positioning of a motor whose capacity is small from 50W to 400W. By adopting 2500 P/r incremental
encoder with velocity response frequency of approximately 400Hz and 5 wires, we could omit wiring. The equipment includes real
time auto tuning and enables automatic setting of complicated gain tuning. In addition, it has a damping control function that
provides for stable stop performance and contributes to miniaturization of the equipment and reduction of the tact time. It
supports a console (available as an option) capable of monitoring such as display of rotation speed, parameter setting, test run
(JOG operation), parameter copying, etc., and pursues maximum ease of use. |

The high performance Panasonic AC servo motor driver MINAS-AIII series which can drive a
machine at a high speed through a small servomotor of 30 W or a large servomotor of 5.0 kW. By using a top performance CPU, it
responses to a speed at frequency 1 kHz, enabling the driven machine to operate at a high speed and significantly reducing tact
time. It supports full closed loop control and has an auto-tuning function. The Panasonic servo motor can support either 2,500
p/r incremental encoder specification or a high-resolution 17-bit absolute/incremental encoder. It also has a damping control
equipment that makes it possible to automate complicated gain tuning and enables a low rigid equipment to have stable stop
performance. A variety of high speed motors are available for various applications.
