Datalogic M18 Short Tubular S15 Sensors

The main characteristic of The New M18 Tubular S15 Switches is the housing length of only 40 mm, especially suitable for applications with reduced space. The new S15 series is available with cable output, in order to maximise the concept of 'reduced dimensions' as well as to offer contemporaneously the best installation flexibility. The S15 series is supplied without the sensitivity adjustment trimmer to ease and speedup installation.

This feature drastically reduces the possibility of allowing the operator to modify the sensor's performances and so guaranteeing major reliability and productivity. The main optic functions used in the industrial market are available, polarised retroreflex, non-polarised retroreflex, diffuse proximity and through beam. These sensors are ideal for the most critical applications with harsh environmental conditions thanks to the IP69K mechanical protection.

Datasensor S62 Series Universal Compact Sensor

The S62 series Universal Compact Sensor has been especially developed in the 50x50 housing with 18 mm width to obtain the maximum performances in the main optic detection functions for industrial automation. The background suppression Infra Sensor models reach 30 cm with visible red emission, or 60 and 120 cm with infrared emission.

All versions present 6-turn mechanical trimmer adjustment of the operating distance and high immunity against the colour differences in objects to detect or suppress, even with very shiny targets. The polarised retroreflex, besides the maximum operating distance that reaches 10 m, has to be highlighted for the high excess gain and absolute immunity against reflections on more shiny surfaces, even if irregular or with mirrortreatment.

Leuze Electronic Cubic 46 Series Switches

The Leuze Electronic Cubic 46 Series Photoelectric Sensor has been extended to include an exciting new highlight: Diffuse reflection light scanner IHRT 46/4.01-800-S12 with background suppression. Due to the use of particularly intensive infrared light, this diffuse reflection light scanner is capable of detecting objects largely irrespective of their color or surface properties.

This makes Leuze Lumiflex Cubic 46 Series Photo Electric Sensor particularly suitable for detecting dark objects, even at distances of up to 1 metre, and for reliable recognition of shiny vessels. Objects such as wood or building boards are detected reliably by the IHRT 46 scanner even at shallow angles. Alongside a compact housing and an "autocontrol" warning output, this Leuze Photoelectric Sensor is characterized by extreme performance reserves even at long ranges and outstanding black and white properties.
