Lenze MAS Series Brushless Servo Motors
Lenze MAS series of motors provide an excellent combination of price and performance. For economical, high
precision servo control in low to mid-level industrial duty applications, these motors make a great fit. Power ranges from 200W
up to 1kW, and these motors come standard with 1 meter of cabling for motor power and feedback. Three IP55 frame sizes are
available: 54mm, 76mm, and 86mm. The
2000 PPR Incremental Encoder comes standard with the motor.

Lenze MCS L-Force Synchronous Servo Motors
The motor sizes have been carefully graded and offer rated torques from 0.5 to 51 Nm (0.25 to 10.0 kW) and
peak torques of up to 191 Nm. As a result, finding the optimum motor for any drive task is easy.
- Featuring innovative single element pole technology, the fully-encapsulated stator consists of individual coils.
- High-quality magnetic materials and specially formed poles significantly improve power density, reduce moments of
inertia and increase efficiency.

Lenze MDXKS Synchronous Servo Motors
In today's world, much is expected of servo drive systems. Lenze MDXKS brushless synchronous servo motors
(naturally ventilated or forced ventilated) are your best bet when it comes to meeting this challenge. They are available with
power ratings from 0.25 to 5.9 kW. Their high overload capacity and high angular acceleration rates ensure maximum response in
conjunction with superb smooth-running characteristics.
An optimum control response is constantly achieved regardless of temperature, because the internal
temperature is continually monitored. To improve the service life of the winding, the motors also feature a reinforced
insulation system with thermal reserve (enamel-insulated wire - thermal class H, insulation class F). Furthermore, the
preloaded roller bearings, which are lubricated with heat-resistant grease, and the
IP54 Enclosure ensure long-term, maintenance-free operation. The compact design and
modular motor concept mean that the MDXKS motors can be adapted for virtually any drive task. |

Lenze MCA L-Force Asynchronous Servo Motors
These highly responsive motors are characterised by their versatile and robust design, low moments of
inertia, excellent power-to-size ratio and high degree of operational reliability.
The compact design and low moments of inertia of these motors make them suitable for use in high-response
applications. Whether you opt for a naturally-ventilated or a forced-ventilated version, MCA asynchronous servo motors support
a power range between 0.8 and 20.3 kW as well as rated torques of up to 61.4 Nm and peak torques of up to 300 Nm. The electronic
nameplate makes for easy connection of 9400 servo inverters and , cURus and GOST-approval which comes as standard, promotes
universal use.

Lenze MDFQA Asynchronous Servo Motors
The MDFQA motors are a range of through blown motors that have been designed for continuous operation at
high torques. Their generously proportioned bearings and special winding design make for a long service life and optimum
performance in any drive scenario. These motors support rated torques from 66 to 434 Nm and peak torques of up to 1600 Nm in
conjunction with a power range of between 10 and 95 kW. They are of a compact IP23 design and have been specially developed for
use with Lenze Frequency Drives and
Servo Inverters.
There are all sorts of feedback systems, brakes and blowers to choose from, meaning that the optimum system
configuration can nearly always be found whatever the operating conditions. The broad field weakening range and high torque
margins enable continuous operation even at high speeds, the insulated non-drive end bearing reduces bearing current to a safe
level. |

Lenze MDSLSBS Spindle Servo Motors
This servo motor, which features an integrated ball screw, is a mechatronic unit that has been specially
developed by Lenze for use with welding guns, presses and in folding applications. These compact units allow for precise control
in terms of speed and torque. Compared with conventional pneumatics, they offer significant advantages from the point of view
of speed, accuracy and noise when it comes to opening and closing welding guns, for example.
The spindle servo motors are capable of speeds of up to 3000 rpm and the maximum feed is therefore 250 mm/s.
The motors are easily connected to the ECS servo system and to 9300 and 9400 servo inverters. Improved quality and longer tool

Lenze SDSGA & SDSGS Servo Motors
Due to its smooth surface the asynchronous servo motors of the series SDSGA and SDSGS synchronous servo
motors can easily be cleaned. The motors are available with a power range from 75 to 600 W and torques between 0.27 to 1.9 Nm.
Thus, they suit a wide range of applications with smooth running characteristics. A standard feature of the series SDSGA is the
resolver feedback. The connections are made by plugs for fast installation and easy maintenance.
Due to its smooth surface the motors can easily be cleaned. Thus, they are ideal for processes in which
hygiene is very important. Further features are: compact design, enclosures IP54/55, and natural ventilation without additional
cooling.
