PositionServo 940/941 Controllers
The PositionServo series of drives have it all. From basic torque and velocity control to fully programmable
coordinated motion, you choose your level of control. As a distributed drive/control solution, avoid all of the costly cables and
connections and put the power of the motion controller in the same package as the drive. With 17 programmable I/O points, machine
control becomes easy with one packaged solution.
Each drive ships with MotionView OnBoard. MotionView is the programming, set-up and diagnostic tool; it is
embedded into the drive and can be called up from any web browser over Ethernet. Communication and networking are handled over
Ethernet as a standard, but the drive can also provide options for EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CANopen, PROFIBUS and RS-485
Modbus. The PositionServo can perform along with the most high-level control and drive solutions in the market and can work in
both a centralized or decentralized control scheme.

i700 for Multi-Axis Applications
The innovative i700 servo inverter for central motion control is characterised by its compact and highly
flexible design: dual axes keep the drive size to a minimum, dynamic motor control makes it suitable for use in a wide range of
applications. Drive integration, commissioning and maintenance are substantially simplified thanks to its installation concept
and easy engineering. The power supply modules do not usually require any filtering or DC fusing, and are factory-fitted with a
braking chopper. The intermediate electrical connections between the i700 drives are made without a cable, using an innovative
rail system, and are easily installed by setting connector arms.

9300 Servo Drives
Lenze 9300 intelligent drives are ideally suited to the independent control of subprocesses within a
machine. Taking existing standard applications as a starting point, individual drives can easily be extended with the help of
function blocks that can be interconnected as desired; this takes the pressure off the central control and facilitates modular
mechanical engineering. The series can be used universally in the power range 0.37 to 75 kW.
In order to meet the most diverse servo technology requirements, four software versions are available:
9300 servo drive, 9300 servo positioner, 9300 servo cam profiler, & 9300 servo register controller. By using a
uniform user interface, the need for training is reduced - once you have learned how to use it, this knowledge will never go
to waste. Lenze 9000 servo drives can be integrated into current fieldbus systems easily using the pluggable AIF communication
module.

StateLine 9400 Servo Drives
Lenze StateLine 9400 Servos has the standardised DS402 / IEC 61800-7-2 device profile and is the
perfect adapted servo inverter for central topologies. The StateLine is mainly noted for its quick commissioning. Benefit from
the following implemented operating modes:
- Homing mode
- Interpolated position mode
- Cyclic synchronos velocity mode
- Cyclic synchronous torque
The devices communicate via a higher-level "Motion Control" control system or an industrial PC via the
CANopen extension module. The modular concept of the 9400 Servo Drives means that the system is suitable for future fieldbus

ECS Servo Systems
The ECS servo system works with central supply and axis modules that can be overloaded by 100-220% for
output peak currents between 4 and 64 A. The system has been optimised for high-dynamic multi-axis applications such as
those found on feeders and unloaders on industrial handling systems, gantry systems and machine tools as well as in
applications in the packaging industry. Drive variants with preinstalled application software for positioning, co-ordinated
multi-axis motion or general speed and torque control simplify commissioning. The "Application" drive variant is freely
programmable in the IEC 61131-3 languages. Powerful technology templates provide assistance in completing the task at
hand.
ECS is supplied as standard with two CAN interfaces. A plug-in communication module provides the link with
various additional fieldbus systems. The connection system is pluggable to speed up installation. The ECS is available in
versions for "control cabinet", push-through technology" and "cold plate" assembly. A DC bus, which needs no additional DC
fuses, ensures rapid assembly in the most confined of spaces. All axis modules feature the integrated "safe torque off"
(safe standstill) function.

HighLine 9400 Servos
The HighLine 9400 servos delivers intelligence to the drive and is designed for decentralised motion control
applications. The following complete technology applications are available:
- Table positioning
- Positioning sequence control
- Electronic Gearbox and synchronism with mark synchronisation
- Actuating drive (speed, torque)
The function block editor in Lenze L-force Engineer can be used to easily and flexibly adapt the
functions. The CANopen fieldbus, conventional I/O's, diagnostics LED's, a diagnostic interface, resolver input and a
universal encoder input are on-board. The HighLine also has two extension slots for communication modules (e.g. Ethernet) or
extension modules and one slot each for a memory and safety module, making the device perfectly flexible for your needs.

The New CM Motor Series,
which is available in three sizes, each with three lengths, covers the 5 to 70 Nm static torque range. Equipped with high-energy
NdFeB magnets, this motor offers high overload behavior of 400 % standstill current as standard. The CM servomotor owes its
compact design with very high power density to the new magnetic circuit layout. Series DS with its three lengths covers the 1 to 4
Nm static torque range.
