for. Lenze customers demanded Rightsizing which made us produce a frequency inverter series where each successive model as
BaseLine, StateLine, and HighLine builds on the previous one in terms of functionality and drive behaviour. On each and every

With its price, its flexibility and a power range of up to 20 Hp, AC Tech SMVector drive excels in
environments where Inverter Technology was once considered too costly, including packaging machinery, food processing machinery,
material handling/conveying systems and HVAC systems.
AC Tech SMVector inverter carries all the features required by demanding applications including four modes of
operation (V/Hz, Enhanced V/Hz, Vector Speed, and Torque), high starting torque, auto-tuning, advanced low-speed control, and
dynamic speed regulation. |

are wide and varied, and Lenze can offer a homogeneous range of standard products for everything from simple speed control to

handful of parameters, commissioning the Lenze SMD Drive is child's play. Parameter settings can be saved on the unique EPM
(Electronic Programmable Module) and copied to other drives in the same range as many times as required. |

Lenze SMD Drives come with integrated motor overload protection. A microprocessor calculates the motor power
independently of the output speed, protects the motor and renders other hardware superfluous. Lenze SMD Inverter also features
current limiting with frequency reduction for stable operation, a clearly legible LED display and the option of low-noise
operation thanks to a configurable switching frequency up to 10 kHz. The function and number of control terminals corresponds to
the familiar Lenze standard. The smd support operation between 0,25 and 22 kW.

Despite their compact dimensions, Lenze TML and TMD Frequency Inverters truly are multi-talented and ready to
take on any challenge. Operation couldn't be easier. Commissioning can be completed using just the three face mounted buttons. The
EPM parameterisation procedure really is ahead of its time. The pluggable memory chip on the front panel provides safe storage for
all drive data. These Lenze Frequency Inverters also score top marks in terms of power. The single-phase Lenze TML Drives support
operation between 0.25 and 2.2 kW and the three-phase Lenze TMD Inverters between 0.37 and 7.5 kW. Lenze TMD variants supporting
other voltage supplies are available on request. Lenze TML and TMD Drives have been designed for simple applications. A clear
concept and fast commissioning save time and money. Both frequency inverters come complete with an extensive range of
options. |
 Lenze TML & TMD Series VFDs |
The EPM (Electronic Programmable Module) is a pluggable memory chip which provides safe storage for all
drive data. Programming is either performed on the inverter directly or offline using hand-held EPM programmer, so you always
have access to your configuration data via either method. The EPM plugs into the front panel of the drive. Existing
configurations can be used, copied and edited as often as required and in just a few seconds simply by plugging in a different
module. This interchangeability extends right across the frequency inverters SMD, TML/TMD ranges and
Servo Drives 94 SimpleServo/940 PositionServo. |

AC Tech MC Series is the intelligent, versatile and cost-effective choice for industrial applications.
From harsh environments to high torque loads, the M1000 Series microdrives meet the toughest requirements with outstanding
reliability, at a low cost. The easy-to-program AC Tech M1000 offers full features, extensive I/O, and a full array of
programmable functions.
The M1000 is available in a power range of 1/4 to 150 HP (0.18 - 110 kW) and voltages ranging from 115 to
575 VAC. With its Enhanced Torque System (ETS), a highly efficient sine coding algorithm and "auto-voltage boost," the M1000
delivers maximum starting and accelerating torque and tight speed regulation, even under fluctuating load conditions. A
built-in, UL-approved thermal overload provides full motor protection.
