The L-force gearboxes stand out due to their sophisticated modular system for adapting the gearbox/geared
motor to different requirements and machine structures. Optimised teeth profiles and ground gears ensure smooth running and
low backlash. L-force gearboxes are mainly used as integrated geared motors with L-force three-phase AC motors.

Servo inverters are ideally suited for precisely and dynamically controlling positioning operations or
speeds.
- Servo Drives 9400 (0.37 - 370 kW) - The latest servo drives include all characteristics of modern servo
technology. Due to their special mechanical structure, installation and commissioning of the drive is quick and easy -
even in the event of service.
- 9300 servo inverters (0.37 - 75 kW) - Tried-and-tested servo inverters including Positioner, Cam Profiler, Register
Controller, and Servo PLC versions with preconfigured standard applications. Freely interconnectable function blocks can
be used for individual extensions.
- ECS servo system (0.37 - 11 kW) - Optimised for highly dynamic multi-axis applications. Preconfigured standard
applications for positioning tasks, coordinated multi-axis motions, or general speed and torque control simplify
commissioning.

Servo motors are optimised for precise and dynamic applications and designed to be combined with Lenze
servo inverters. A direct combination of servo motors and Lenze L-force gearboxes is also possible.
- Synchronous MCS servo motor (0.25 - 10 kW) - This servo motor is all about dynamics.
- Asynchronous MCA servo motor (9.1 - 53.8 kW) - This motor is characterised by its versatile and robust design, low
moment of inertia, excellent power density, and high degree of operational reliability.
- Asynchronous MQA and MDFQA servo motors (22.6 - 95 kW) - With their generously dimensioned bearings, these through
ventilated motors are designed for continuous operation at high torques.
- SDSGA and SDSGS servo motors (0.075 - 0.7 KW) - The asynchronous SDSGA motors have excellent smooth running
characteristics. The SDSGS is a compact synchronous motor with natural ventilation and has a smooth surface which is easy
to clean.

often an advantage to have the drive installed on the machine and tested before the machine is shipped. This is where
decentralised drive technology comes in.

- Inverter Drives 8400 motec (0.37 - 1.5 kW) - The new decentralised motor inverter stands out due to its compact size

including large display and keypad.
- Servo Drives 930K fluxxtorque (0.12 - 0.44 kW) - This very precise decentralised servo drive can be mounted directly

- Standard three-phase AC motors (0.06 - 22 kW) - Our standard three-phase AC motors, L-force MD and L-force MH
energy-efficient motors of energy efficiency class IE2. These motors can be operated with frequency inverters and directly
mounted on our gearboxes, thereby saving space. A combination of 8400 motec and special MF motors saves exceptionally
high amounts of space and energy.

Lenze GST Helical Geared Servo Motor
The 2 and 3-stage parallel-axis gearboxes are primarily used as shaft-mounted gearboxes. Low gear teeth
backlash combines with friction-locked shaft-hub connections at both drive and non-drive ends to maximise accuracy. The
geared motors are used in the following areas:

Lenze MGQU/MGFQK Shunt-Wound Motors
The square framed design of this range is the key to its high power-to-size ratio. The result is a series of
extremely economical drives, which can be easily and precisely controlled by means of single and multi-quadrant DC speed
controllers. The reliable and quiet internal cooling combines with the appropriately designed commutation system to provide
the basis for the large power reserves, which are required for dynamic positioning applications, for example.
Lenze MGFQU motors are uncompensated. The compensation winding that is a feature of the MGFQK series ensures
current/torque proportionality even in the overcurrent range and safeguards against instability in the event of field weakening.
These DC motors whose power range extends to over 90 kW are available with various degrees of protection as part of a modular
system. They can be combined with gearboxes, brakes and feedback systems as appropriate to the application concerned.

Systems from INTORQ and magneta as a part of our motion solutions package.
- Electromagnetic Clutches & Brakes - INTORQ products are characterized by short operating times, low motor moment
of inertia and torque transfer with no torsional backlash.
- Magneta Clutches & Brakes - magneta electromagnetic clutches and brakes transmit torque through dry running
friction material. With DC voltage applied, the torque is transmitted without backlash.
- Magneta Clutch-Brake Units - magneta offers a combination fitted on a hollow shaft for applications where clutches
and brakes work together. The units are based on the successful magneta components and are fitted on a through shaft.
