Lenze GST Helical Gearbox
High permissible radial forces and torques along with closely stepped speed reduction ratios are the key
features of these economical 1, 2 or 3-stage geared motors, which are of a robust design. Because the motors are fully
integrated, they can be used when space is at a premium, even in category 2 applications.

Lenze MCS L-Force Synchronous Servo Motors
The motor sizes have been carefully graded and offer rated torques from 0.5 to 51 Nm (0.25 to 10.0 kW) and
peak torques of up to 191 Nm. As a result, finding the optimum motor for any drive task is easy.
- Featuring innovative single element pole technology, the fully-encapsulated stator consists of individual coils.

Lenze GKR Bevel Gearmotors
This 2-stage, right-angle gearbox for use in low to medium applications is characterised by its high
efficiency, lightweight design (thanks to the aluminium housing) and wear-free gear teeth. With Lenze bevel gearboxes/geared

Lenze GST Helical Geared Servo Motor
The 2 and 3-stage parallel-axis gearboxes are primarily used as shaft-mounted gearboxes. Low gear teeth
backlash combines with friction-locked shaft-hub connections at both drive and non-drive ends to maximise accuracy. The

Lenze MDXMA Asynchronous Motors
Three-phase asynchronous motors are well-established in practically all areas of industry. Lenze three-phase
AC motors have been specially designed for inverter operation. Safe, continuous operation is ensured thanks to the special
design of the windings and insulation system. The motors feature thermal sensors as standard to enable temperature monitoring.
Superb smooth running characteristics are maintained throughout the entire speed range during frequency inverter operation
and as a result, a large setting range is possible.

Lenze StateLine 9400 Servo Drives
Lenze StateLine 9400 Servo Drives has the standardised DS402 / IEC 61800-7-2 device profile and is the
perfect adapted servo inverter for central topologies. The StateLine is mainly noted for its quick commissioning. Benefit from
the following implemented operating modes:
- Homing mode
- Interpolated position mode
- Cyclic synchronos velocity mode
- Cyclic synchronous torque
The devices communicate via a higher-level "Motion Control" control system or an
Industrial PC via the CANopen extension module. The
modular concept of the 9400 Servo Drives means that the system is suitable for future fieldbus systems. The highlights of the
StateLine include its modular Integrated safety engineering which makes your machine safe.

Lenze MGQU/MGFQK Shunt-Wound Motors
The square framed design of this range is the key to its high power-to-size ratio. The result is a series of
extremely economical drives, which can be easily and precisely controlled by means of single and multi-quadrant DC speed
controllers. The reliable and quiet internal cooling combines with the appropriately designed commutation system to provide
the basis for the large power reserves, which are required for dynamic positioning applications, for example.
Lenze MGFQU motors are uncompensated. The compensation winding that is a feature of the MGFQK series ensures
current/torque proportionality even in the overcurrent range and safeguards against instability in the event of field weakening.
These DC motors whose power range extends to over 90 kW are available with various degrees of protection as part of a modular
system. They can be combined with gearboxes, brakes and feedback systems as appropriate to the application concerned.

The ECS servo system works with central supply and axis modules that can be overloaded by 100-220% for
output peak currents between 4 and 64 A. The system has been optimised for high-dynamic multi-axis applications such as
those found on feeders and unloaders on industrial handling systems, gantry systems and machine tools as well as in
applications in the packaging industry. Drive variants with preinstalled application software for positioning, co-ordinated
multi-axis motion or general speed and torque control simplify commissioning. The "Application" drive variant is freely
programmable in the IEC 61131-3 languages. Powerful technology templates provide assistance in completing the task at
hand.
