are NET 30 days. Obtain a Credit Application and open an account
today! CTi Automation accepts orders by phone, fax, or online. Registered users may receive additional discounts.
Order By Telephone
Our staff is available to assist you from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Call CTi Automation's
corporate sales office at (800) 894-0412. Orders received before 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday
are processed the same business day.
Order By Fax
Fax your order to CTi Automation at (888) 723-4773. CTi Automation's fax lines are available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Fax orders received before 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday are processed the same business day.
All users of our website are able to obtain information about availability on the products that CTi Automation offers. In addition,
you can place an order or send a request for quote via email even if you do not have a CTi Automation account. Orders may be placed
online by using a credit card, your CTi Automation account, or by requesting a C.O.D. delivery. When ordering by credit card you
will be required to submit certain information to prevent credit card fraud. Information includes credit card number, expiration
date, name as is appears on card, 3-digit security code, and credit card billing address.
All applicable sales taxes will be applied to orders either placed from or shipped to California and Idaho. All other states are
considered nontaxable. California or Idaho residents who wish to be exempt from taxes must submit a tax exemption certificate to
CTi Automation. Without a valid signed tax certificate on file at CTi Automation, all applicable taxes will be charged. Please fax
your tax exemption certificate to us at (888) 723-4773.
CTi Automation accepts orders from outside of the United States. All orders of international origin are exported from the US in
accordance with Export Administration Regulations. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Terms for payment
on export orders is either credit card or wire transfer in US dollars. A $25 order minimum is required for international orders.
Wire transfer fee for international orders is $40.
