The SG-BWS-T4 control unit series presents two models: SG-BWS-T4: control unit equipped with 16 clamps that can connect from 1 to 4 photocell couples of the S5-ST, SL5-ST, S300 series with OSSD safety outputs; SG-BWS-T4-MT: control unit equipped with 48 clamps that can connect from 1 to 4 photocell couples of the S5-ST, SL5-ST, S300 series and contemporaneously up to 2 safety light curtains equipped with safety outputs activated with two 230V relay.

The control units of the SB-BWS-T2 series are suitable to type 2 safety systems and can be connected to one or two emitter-receiver photocell couples, available in the tubular M18 format, either in the plastic S5-F/G-ST2 or metal S10-F/G-ST2 versions for distances reaching 8 m, or in the parallelepiped S30-F/G-ST2 model reaching 50 m. At any interruption of a photocell couple's beam, the contacts of the two relay outputs open causing the safety block of the controlled machinery.

The activation and the Restart of the control unit's output are both obtained closing the 'Start' contact, while the 'Test1' and 'Test2' contacts check the systems without physically interrupting the light beam. The units operating status is signalled by three LEDs: green 'Free' with free beams, yellow 'Test' during autodiagnostic, red 'Alarm' with one or two interrupted beams.

The control units of the SB-BWS-T4 series are suitable for type 4 safety systems and can be connected with up to four emitter-receiver photoelectric sensors, available in the tubular M18 format, either in the plastic S5-F/G-ST4 or metal S10-F/G-ST4 versions for distances reaching 8 m, in the M18 tubular plastic SL5-F/G-ST4 model with class 1 and class 2 laser emission for distances reaching 40 m or in the parallelepiped S30-F/G-ST4 model reaching 50 m.

The couples of photoelectric sensors are controlled in sequence in order to avoid interferences; at any interruption of sensors beam, the contacts of the two relay outputs open causing the safety block of the controlled machinery. The autodiagnostic is continuous and the Restart is automatic or manual selectable.
