Unidrive SP 1.3 - 156.0 A rms (2.3 - 273 Peak) 208-230 / 460 / 575 / 690 Volts Universal Servo Drive
Unidrive SP drives are standard AC input, AC output modules for installation within a control panel. The
modules are easy to install and commission and can be applied in a wide range of applications. When used for motion control
applications the Unidrive SP can be operated in either servo or
Closed Loop Vector Mode. The Unidrive SP also provides customers a
unique advantage with its three option slots that can be populated with option modules tailored for your specific application.
The Unidrive SP with SM-EZMotion can be programmed with our PowerTools Pro software and the Unidrive SP with SM-Applications
modules can be programmed using our SyPTPro software. Two great software platforms for one awesome servo drive. Unidrive SP
can be configured using the keypad to operate in the following modes:
- Closed loop AC drive
- AC servo amplifier for rotary and linear motors
- Regenerative (Active) power supply
- Open loop V/Hz AC drive
- Open loop Vector AC drive

Epsilon EP 2.2 - 16.0 A rms (4.4 - 32 Peak) 115 / 230 Volts Compact 1.5 Axis Servo Drive
The Epsilon EP is the newest "Motion Made Easy" servo drive from Control Techniques. The Epsilon EP is a
compact easy to use servo drive that is scalable from a simple amplifier to a completely
Programmable 1.5 Axis Motion Controller.
The EP can be configured with fieldbus options and motion control capabilities to give you the best solution
available at the lowest price. The Epsilon EP comes in four drive sizes, 2.2A, 4.0A, 6.5A, and 9A delivering over 100 lb-in of
torque at the rated motor speed using XV motors.
- Base: Epsilon EP-B - The EP-B drive is ideal for servo applications utilizing an analog command signal and position
feedback reference.
- Indexer: Epsilon EP-I or EP-IDN - The EP-I drive is a highly capable position controller that provides Home, Index, and
Jog motion profiles.
- Programming: Epsilon EP-P - The EP-P drive provides the highest level of control by allowing the user to create
complete user programs to sequence the motion control along with other machine functionality.

EN Series 4.5 - 13.0 A rms (9 - 26 Peak) 90-264 Volts 1.5 Axis Servo Drive
The En-Series drives are stand-alone, fully digital brushless servo drives designed and built to reliably
provide high performance and flexibility without sacrificing ease of use. Whether the drives are utilized in base drive only
applications or with a closed loop controller, setup can be achieved in just minutes with no-charge PowerTools software. The
use of a State-Space algorithm makes tuning very simple and forgiving. The drives are designed to operate with up to a 10 :1
inertia mismatch right out of the box. Higher (50 :1 and more) inertial mismatches are possible with two simple parameter
settings.
FM control modules provide EN drives with "snap-on" functionality for Indexing (FM-2), Programming (FM-3E),
and Advanced Programming (FM-4E). This modular approach allows users to choose the level of advanced machine control they
need, based on the applications requirements and supporting scalability and our "buy what you need" philosophy. The MDS
motion functionality can be easily scalable by adding on FM modules. The analog torque or velocity modes can be used with
classic position controllers using analog outputs and encoder inputs.

MDS Series 4.0 - 34.0 A rms (8 - 68 Peak) 187-528 Volts Modular Drive System
The Modular Drive System, MDS, is a powerful and costeffective solution for applications with multiple
axes. The MDS employs a unique backplane architecture that provides a common bus platform for one of three sizes of power
modules and up to eight drive modules. The same MDS modules can operate on a 230V or 460V AC input. Plus, there are five
different sizes of drive modules to meet the needs of almost any multiple axis application.
The MDS backplane provides a single AC input for the Power Module, and distributed DC bus and Logic
Powerfor the Drive Modules. Installation time is minimized because the DC bus and Logic Power lines are an integral part of
the backplane, so no extra wiring is needed. Fuses come installed on the backplane.
Other Than Connecting Motors, the installation is completed when the
backplane is mounted on the panel and the power and drive modules are snapped into place and tightened down with a
screwdriver.

M'Ax Automatic Motor Mapping
M'Ax's Automatic Motor Mapping sets itself and gets you going in minutes. No longer do you need to worry
about determining and programming the motor type, current, phase angle, inertia, Kt, Ke etc. It is automatic, immediately at
power up, even without the need for a PC, thereby ensuring a trouble free and fast start up. One step keypad programming
calculates the PID gains and gets you running. Better still, if you know your machinery inertia then simply dial it in and
one step recalculates the optimal gains for best running.
- Reducing wiring in the feedback loop - 4 wire system offers significant advantage over the conventional encoder
requiring 14 wires
- Reducing cubicle size - M'Ax is compact, only 62mm wide, the minimum of machinery space required for multi axes
installation
- Reducing AC supply connections as M'Ax's can be DC supply fed in parallel connection
- Reducing cabling as motor thermistors are no longer required - M'Ax offers intelligent thermal modelling for
accurate and reliable protection of the motor

Lenze Servos
As a Distributed Drive/Controller Solution,
avoid all of the costly cables and connections and put the power of the motion controller in the same package as the drive. The
PositionServo can perform along with the most high-level motion controllers, but with a simple-to-use interface and clean Ethernet
connection. If a centralized control scheme is preferred; the PositionServo will outperform most torque or velocity
amplifiers.

Panasonic Servos
A Regenerative Resistor is used to discharge
regenerative energy, which is the energy generated when stopping a load with a large moment of inertia or when using this unit in
vertical operation. This energy is returned to the driver from the motor. The Torque Feed Forward function performs a comparison
with feedback and calculates the amount of torque to add to the necessary torque command in the command for actuation.
